Dear Sangha,
We will be meeting as on Sunday at 6pm in the Youth Group Room (lower level) or perhaps outdoor in the memorial garden, south of the church building (depending on the weather).
Mediation will be in three, 20 minute segments of silence: 20 sitting, 20 walking (optional) and 20 of sitting followed by 30 minutes of discussion about a short reading that we will share from The Pocket Pema Chodron. Ellen will chose our reading for this week and read it for us at sangha. We will take turns doing that this summer and keep a copy of the book in the Walker Room.
