Here’s some suggestions for practice, some of these links include a 30 minute guided practice and a short talk on the topic or are slightly longer talks on a mindfulness topic Some are from IMC and some from Dharma Seed. Explore these sites and see if there is anything you might find interesting.
I’ve picked these talks based on my own practice. Let me encourage you to explore different teachers, other traditions, and other online sources, in order to flesh out your own practice.
IMC offers no cost, online retreats, so if you have the time and the inclination to try sitting a retreat, this is a good place to begin. There’s information on the site and basic instructions.
Have a great couple of weeks, hope to see ya soon.
