We will be meeting as usual at UUBN from 6:30 – 8pm Sunday. All are welcome. Please get there by 6:25 so we can start on time. If you need some instruction or review, we offer that as well.
Meditation will follow the usual format: 20 minutes sitting meditation, 20 minutes walking meditation (optional walking) followed by 20 minutes sitting. We will discuss Chapter 21 in our group read: Best Buddhist Writing of 2013. It is by Joseph Goldstein and is titled: Everyday Meditation: A Nine-minute Daily Practice.
