Today is the last ARC online and in person practice for about two weeks as I recover from surgery on monday. I’ll be sending out an assortment of opportunities for practice later today, but there will be no practice this upcoming week and no evening practice either. Please take this opportunity to explore any avenues for mindfulness practice that might appeal to you. I’ll send out an email as soon as I am able to comfortably host some online practice.
