Participants who are new to the Mindful Reflection Community are invited to enter the Zoom meeting at 6:30-6:45 p.m. Terry would like to tell you a little about the Mindful Reflection Community PRIOR to the regular meeting. Use the same Zoom link that you see below for the regular meeting.

Tonight’s Online Mindful Reflection Community
Dharma talk: Terry will continue his talk on the basics of Mindful Reflection. Tonight he will be discussing how to handle “storying” and emotions during your practice.
Arrival and intentional friendship building
Lighting the candle and 20 minutes of silent Mindful Reflection
Brief sharing in dyads
Ending circle, sharing the sacred gaze of friendship (darshan), merit, and song
Extinguishing the candle and socializing as desired
We highly recommend that you practice entering this Zoom meeting today (Monday) or sometime Tuesday earlier in the day. If you get Zoom to work properly, you will see a the following pop-up screen for the REGULAR MINDFUL REFLECTION ONLINE COMMUNITY ZOOM LINK:

Please note that your prompts might be slightly different since there are many types of browsers and operating systems. The only thing you need to do is install something that allows Zoom to run. It only takes a few seconds.
