Dear Sangha,Let’s all look at our Group Agreements to see if they still work for us and discuss any changes to the agreements that may be in order. Please hit “reply all” if you want to add anything to the discussion, (even if it is “no change”) The sangha has it’s 5th anniversary in December and December 7th is Bodhi Day (Buddha’s BD), perhaps we should commemorate in some way? Group Agreements
We gather here in respect for all.
We welcome those who are newcomers and visitors.
We take turns speaking and listening, being certain that all have a
chance to speak at least once if they choose.
We share “air time,” allowing all to speak once before participants
speak a second time.
We do not judge one another or give advice to one another.
We do not speak of individuals who are not present.
We do not share the email list with others outside the group with out their permission.
We maintain confidentiality in regards to what is said in the group.
We begin and end on time.
