Meditation and Half Day retreat upcoming

Greetings Beautiful Sangha,

Join us today at 6:30 for meditation at UUBN in the Walker Room:
20 minutes sitting as tolerated
20 minutes walking meditation (inside or outside) (optional)
20 minutes sitting as tolerated
followed by short dharma talk and discussion: participation in discussion is always optional. 
Jeff will be offering instruction for people tonight, come a few minutes early to sort that out if you are interested.
Half Day silent meditation retreat is next Saturday.

Here are the details:
Date: June 14th, 2014
Time: 9am – 12noon
Where: Unitarian Universalist Church, Bloomington Normal

 

We’ll have hot water and tea. If you’d like to bring snacks or have a special talent with baked goods free to bring them along. Minimize any perfumes or scents please.
 
If you are able to attend please let me know this week.  And feel free to forward this announcement on to anyone who might be interested.  Headcount requested: Karen
